In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity. Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities are the entities authorized to mediate, conciliate and arbitrate consumer disputes in Portugal that are registered in the list of ADR entities provided by Law 144/2015.
